I've sold real estate for 34 years, and I've lived in the northern part of Scottsdale since 1995. I've called 85255 home since 2003, so when I talk about DC Ranch, Silverleaf, McDowell Mountain Ranch or the Pinnacle Peak area, I'm talking about my own neighborhood.
